Buddy Dive Resort is one of the largest resorts in Bonaire – Caribbean Netherlands. The resort has 73 apartments with a total of 224 beds, a private diving school spread over four locations on the island and seven own boats, two different types of restaurants, two swimming pools and an on-site car rental company with over 150 vehicles.

Front Office Agent
Part Time
Our Front Office is always ready for our guests. Both on arrival and the rest of the stay, to make it an overall pleasant stay for everyone. As a Front Office Agent you are the first point of contact for the resort guests. Our Front Office is varied, active and no day is the same. You are responsible for checking in and out of guests, providing excellent guest service, processing payments and performing various administrative activities.
What are you going to do?
- You are the first point of contact;
- Welcoming and checking in guests using reservation lists;
- Preparing and delivering keys, welcome packages, etc.;
- Giving general and touristic information to the guests;
- Providing service, but also dealing with complaints;
- Checking out of departing guests;
- Settling invoices;
- Issue of rental cars;
- Close cooperation with the Housekeeping and Car Rental department.

- You are flexible and service-oriented;
- You are motivated and eager to learn;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You have an availability of both morning and evening;
- You have an availability on the weekends and on public holidays.
