Front Office Agent

Buddy Dive Resort is one of the largest Dive Resorts in Bonaire – Caribbean Netherlands.

The resort has 73 apartments with 220 beds, its own diving school, two resort restaurants, two swimming pools and its own car rental company.

To strengthen our Front Office, we are immediately looking for a motivated and service-oriented

Job Requirements:

What are you going to do?

  • You are the business card of the hotel;
  • Reception and check-in of guests on the basis of reservation lists;
  • Smile and chat with the guests
  • Preparing and delivering keys;
  • Providing general and tourist information to guests
  • Providing services, such as supporting and communicating messages and complaints;
  • Checking out of departing guests, settlement of invoices, cash or with debit/credit card;
  • Cooperate with the Housekeeping and Car Rental department.

 

Job Profile:

  • MBO 3/4 level
  • Relevant work experience
  • Flexible, Service-oriented, Representative
  • Can run shift between 06.00 and 23.00
  • Can work on weekends and public holidays
  • Command of at least the languages; English and Dutch. Spanish and/or Papiamento are an advantage
