Front Office Agent
Our Front Office is always ready to assist our guests, from arrival through the rest of their stay, to ensure a pleasant experience. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our resort guests. The role is varied, active, and no two days are the same. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, providing excellent service, processing payments, and handling various administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:
• Act as the resort’s representative;
• Welcome and check in guests based on reservation lists;
• Prepare and deliver keys, welcome packages, etc.;
• Provide general and tourist information to guests;
• Deliver excellent service and handle complaints;
• Check out departing guests;
• Settle invoices, etc.;
• Issue rental cars;
• Work closely with the Housekeeping and Car Rental departments.

• You have excellent communication skills;
• You are available both in the morning and evening;
• You are available on weekends and holidays.
