To strengthen our Food & Beverage department, we are looking for a driven and motivated colleague for our resort restaurant, Ingridients.

Restaurant Manager

The Role

As Restaurant Manager of our Ingridients restaurant, you are fully responsible for daily operations, team leadership, guest experience, and the restaurant’s financial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you set the standard on the floor, inspire your front-of-house team, and work closely with the Head Chef and F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and be present during service
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the FOH team
  • Ensure excellent service standards and high guest satisfaction
  • Drive revenue, control labor costs, and optimize wine & beverage sales
  • Collaborate on menus, events, and special dining evenings
  • Handle guest feedback and manage online reviews

Who You Are

  • 4–5+ years of experience in fine-dining restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Passion for food, wine, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Commercially minded and quality-driven
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, Papiamentu, or Spanish is a plus)
