Restaurant Manager
The Role
As Restaurant Manager of our Ingridients restaurant, you are fully responsible for daily operations, team leadership, guest experience, and the restaurant’s financial performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you set the standard on the floor, inspire your front-of-house team, and work closely with the Head Chef and F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and be present during service
- Inspire, coach, and develop the FOH team
- Ensure excellent service standards and high guest satisfaction
- Drive revenue, control labor costs, and optimize wine & beverage sales
- Collaborate on menus, events, and special dining evenings
- Handle guest feedback and manage online reviews
Who You Are
- 4–5+ years of experience in fine-dining restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Passion for food, wine, and exceptional guest experiences
- Commercially minded and quality-driven
- Fluent in English (Dutch, Papiamentu, or Spanish is a plus)
