Are you a self-motivated and hands on person with a passion for the scuba industry & love of the ocean, then come and join the Buddy Dive family as the Retail Dive Shop Supervisor at Your Scuba Store in Kralendijk.
Your Scuba Store is a small but well stocked store selling Tusa, Aqualung, Suunto among others and is a Dive Rite service center.
We are looking for a driven individual with a can-do attitude to help this location grow and reach it’s potential.
RETAIL DIVE SHOP SUPERVISOR
40 hours contract
Who are we looking for:
- A Dive Instructor or Dive Master who wants to stay dry or an individual with excellent knowledge of the dive retail industry.
- Someone who is customer focused with a passion for sales.
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a bonus
- Must have a valid driving license

Job role highlights :
- Responsible for day to day operation of the retail outlet
- Advice and sale of dive equipment and accessories
- Ensure shop stock levels are maintained through timely orders
- Maintain inventory system and pricing in POS system
- Cash handling
- Servicing of dive equipment
- Communicating with Buddy Dive Retail Manager regarding Product line
- Enhancing the current look of the store to make it more appealing
The job includes at least one day of the weekend and working hours vary between 8 am and 6 pm.
