Dine Different at Ingridiënts Restaurant
Sinds we “Ingridiënts” voor ogen hadden, wilden we dat het anders was, verre van clichés en alledaagsheid, we wilden dat het uniek en persoonlijk was, net als wij, net als jij.
De familie Van der Valk op Bonaire zit al decennia in de toeristenindustrie en in die tijd hadden we de kans om honderden restaurants te bezoeken, maar slechts een handjevol verdiende een plekje in ons hoofd en hart.
Ons eten is gebaseerd op de mediterrane keuken en maakt gebruik van de basisprincipes van de Franse, Spaanse en Italiaanse keuken. Daarnaast gebruiken we onze lokale producten en serveren we dit alles naast de magische blauwe wateren van de Caribische Zee. We wilden een ruimte van comfort en luxe creëren, van frisse elegantie; een plek om anders te dineren.
