Beide resortrestaurants bevinden zich aan de waterkant en bieden een ontmoetingsplek voor onze hotelgasten, onze duikgasten en eilandbewoners. Beide restaurants bieden voor elk wat wils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Onze Blennies Pool Bar biedt een informele sfeer, met service vari\u00ebrend van ontbijt tot lunch en diner. Voor prachtige zonsondergangen en avonden heerlijk tafelen, inclusief bijpassende wijnen, kunnen gasten terecht in ons fine-dining restaurant Ingridi\u00ebnts.<\/p>\n<p>Functie-eisen:<\/p>\n<p>Onze nieuwe collega:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is samen met het keukenteam verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken van de twee restaurantkeukens.<\/li>\n<li>Richt zich op het ontwikkelen, bereiden en portioneren van gerechten.<\/li>\n<li>Kan menusuggesties doen, uitvoeren en zo nodig aanpassen aan verschillende voedingsbehoeften.<\/li>\n<li>Werkt hygi\u00ebnisch en volgens HACCP richtlijnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wat vragen we:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een MBO Culinair diploma (bij voorkeur niveau 3\/4).<\/li>\n<li>Kennis van en ervaring met de HACCP-richtlijnen.<\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van ingredi\u00ebnten, materialen, kooktechnieken en apparatuur.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent een teamspeler, toont initiatief en bent stressbestendig.<\/li>\n<li>Bovenal ben je gemotiveerd om deze functie succesvol te vervullen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wat bieden wij:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een fulltime functie in een toonaangevende organisatie in de duikindustrie;<\/li>\n<li>Een uitdagende functie in een mooie werkomgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Werken met een toegewijd team;<\/li>\n<li>Een marktconform salaris aangevuld met royale fooien;<\/li>\n<li>De mogelijkheid om gratis te duiken;<\/li>\n<li>Speciale tarieven bij twee sportscholen;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wil je deel uitmaken van onze Buddy-familie?<\/p>\n<p>Herken jij jezelf in bovenstaande en wil je werken in een leuke maar uitdagende omgeving?
