Das Resort verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 78 Apartments mit insgesamt 220 Betten, eine eigene Tauchschule, zwei Resortrestaurants (Ganztagsrestaurant Blennies und Fine-Dining Restaurant Ingridi\u00ebnts), zwei Schwimmb\u00e4der und eine eigene Autovermietung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zur Verst\u00e4rkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen kreativen und professionellen<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Sous Chef<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zusammen mit Ihrem Kollegen Sous Chef und dem F&amp;B Manager verantworten Sie das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft in und den Output der beiden Restaurantk\u00fcchen Blennies und Ingridients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufgabe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hohe Qualit\u00e4t der Speisen erreichen und \u00fcberwachen<\/li>\n<li>(Mit-)verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Planung und Organisation der K\u00fcche<\/li>\n<li>Zur Umsetzung beitragen Rekrutieren,<\/li>\n<li>Leiten und motivieren Sie die gesamte K\u00fcchenbrigade<\/li>\n<li>Kreieren Sie neue Gerichte und entwickeln Sie st\u00e4ndig neue Pr\u00e4sentationen<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung bei Einkauf, Lagerverwaltung und Bestellungen gr\u00fcndliche Kenntnisse der Zutaten, Materialien, Kochtechniken und Ausr\u00fcstung<\/li>\n<li>Verwaltungsaufgaben; einschlie\u00dflich Dienstplanplanung und Personalangelegenheiten<\/li>\n<li>Berechnung und Durchf\u00fchrung von Veranstaltungen (Supervising) Einhaltung der Vorschriften im Bereich Sicherheit und HACCP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profil: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO Kochdiplom (vorzugsweise Stufe 4)<\/li>\n<li>Relevante Berufserfahrung; inklusive nachweislicher F\u00fchrungserfahrung<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on-Mentalit\u00e4t flexibel, serviceorientiert, verantwortungsbewusst, stressresistent<\/li>\n<li>Kann Ideen und W\u00fcnsche annehmen; an den Vorstand zu \u00fcbersetzen Kenntnisse in der niederl\u00e4ndischen und englischen Sprache;<\/li>\n<li>Spanisch und\/oder Papiamento sprechen von Vorteil<\/li>\n<li>Teamplayer, der gerne in der K\u00fcche arbeitet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wir bieten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein herausfordernder Job, bei dem Sie mit einem motivierten Team in zwei K\u00fcchen einer f\u00fchrenden Hotelorganisation, an einem der sch\u00f6nsten Orte der Insel Bonaire, mit einem angemessenen Gehalt arbeiten.
